Access

• Access by car via Fabrikmestervej
• The car park is open for entry every day from 6am to 12 midnight, whereas exit is possible 24/7
• The maximum height is 2.10 metres
• There are three parking spaces for disabled guests on each level (marked with blue light) and one bus parking space for disabled guests on level P2. Please note a maximum height of 2.10 metres
• On terrain (the so-called North Island), there are two disabled spaces reserved for vehicles with a height of more than 2.10 metres
• Access to the Royal Danish Opera by stairs or lift

Payment

• As there is automatic license plate recognition, your parking is registered automatically when you enter the car park
• If you have not activated camera parking in your parking app, you must pay manually in the app or at the payment machine before leaving the car park
• If you have activated camera parking in your parking app, payment will be made automatically

Forgotten payment

• If you have left the car park without paying, you can pay here within 48 hours of leaving the car park
• Failure to pay will cause a fee of DKK 550

Electric cars

• The car park has 48 AC chargers and 2 DC chargers
• The parking spaces at the 48 AC charge points are not reserved for electric cars, but may be used by all guests
• Parking must be paid for regardless of whether the car is charging or not
